BEEF RIB SIZZLE - $13.90 each
FORGET THE SAUSAGE SIZZLE! This ain’t no sausage in bread, this is a SLOW-SMOKED beef rib in bread. Served with onions like it’s sausage-inspiration, this beef rib has been rubbed in Third Wave’s spice rub then smoked for up to 12 hours.
The beef rib is so soft you can easily pull the bone out and pairs surprisingly well with the bread.
An American BBQ take on an Australian BBQ classic.

THIRD WAVE MEAT STICK - $9.90 each
How tasty is this! It is a stick that has been stacked with two cubes of slow-smoked brisket, an oinkball and cornbread! An oinkball is smoked bacon wrapped pork meatball.
